在项目的根目录下创建一个 index.js 文件，并将 index.android.js 或 index.ios.js 复制到其中。

默认情况下，在 RN 49 之后，我们没有针对 ios 和 android 的不同条目。所以我们只有一个 index.js 文件，android 和 ios 都使用它。
