To instruct the new Oryx build that I need it’s help I’m going to set an app setting of name SCM_DO_BUILD_DURING_DEPLOYMENT to true. When the runtime of the App Services app is set to Python, Oryx will then run the “pip install -r requirements.txt” command for me.
