U 模式已被弃用一段时间，最终在 Python 3.11 中被删除。

不幸的是，gyp 仍然使用这种模式，因此与 Python 3.11 不兼容(参见，例如，https://github.com/nodejs/node-gyp/blob/main/README.md#on-macos)。降级到 Python 3.10 应该可以解决问题。
