1) 下载并安装此 Windows SDK:https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/windows-10-sdk

2) 然后可以在此处(或 Program Files x86)找到这些 dll:

 C:\Program Files\Windows Kits\10\Redist\ucrt\DLLs

3) 更新规范文件中的 pathex 变量，告诉 pyinstaller 去那里查看:

pathex=['C:\\Users\\grey_hat\\Desktop\\csm\\test', 
        'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Windows Kits\\10\\Redist\\ucrt\\DLLs\\x86',
        'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Windows Kits\\10\\Redist\\ucrt\\DLLs\\x64']

4) 运行pyinstaller:

pyinstaller yourspecfile.spec

这可能不是唯一的解决方案，但它是我让它在我的设置中工作的方式。
