错误消息非常具有描述性:您正在尝试使用古老 GNU Radio 3.7.9.1 构建与现代 GNU Radio 3.8 兼容的 gr-osmosdr。行不通。您可以尝试构建一个过时版本的 gr-osmosdr，但实际上，您应该升级到 Ubuntu 20.04。
