我明白了。当我创建 Azure Function App 时，它会动态生成一个存储帐户。我不喜欢这个名称，因此删除了存储帐户并使用新名称创建了一个，但旧删除的存储帐户的连接字符串仍然位于 Azure 门户中 Azure Function 的应用程序设置中。

没有存储，没有 Kudu。没有 Kudu，就无法发布您的应用程序。

检查“WEBSITE_CONTENTAZUREFILECONNECTIONSTRING”应用设置是否指向仍然存在的实际存储帐户。
