几个问题:

• 您的项目依赖于 vue-cli-service 4.x(仅使用 Webpack 4)和 webpack 5。对于 Webpack 5，vue-cli-service 5.x 是必需的。注意 @babel/eslint-parser 也是需要的，你必须配置 parserOptions.parser 来匹配。请参阅下面的 package.json。
