来自阅读 this bug page ，我推测这些都是需要导出的环境变量，才能运行apache2。显然，当您将其作为“service apache2 start”之类的服务运行时，这些是从/etc/apache2/envvars 自动加载的。另一种选择是使用 apache2ctl 启动它。
