javax.transaction_1.1.1.v201006150915.jar 本身不是一个 OSGi 包，它是一个 OSGi 框架扩展。

我不得不更改 config.ini 文件:

删除条目
javax_transaction 包中的
属性 osgi.bundles

添加了以下行:

osgi.framework.extensions=javax.transaction_1.1.1.v201006150915.jar
