根据GitHub issue rstudio/rmarkdown#1285 ，有两种解决方案。

第一次降级 rmarkdown

devtools::install_version("rmarkdown", version = "1.8", 
                          repos = "http://cran.us.r-project.org")

或

第二次安装/升级 tinytex

install.packages('rmarkdown')  # installs v 1.9 at the moment
devtools::install_github('yihui/tinytex')

我选择了第二个选项，对我来说效果很好。
