找不到用于 native react 的 Android SDK

其他重要信息:尽管 PowerShell 和 IDE 是以管理员权限启动的，但尝试通过 doctor 修复 SDK 问题的尝试无法成功，因为它在尝试安装 Androd 命令行工具时失败并显示“权限被拒绝”。
