我只需要添加 data protection内部服务ConfigureServices方法并提供一种在某处存储/保留 key (用于加密/解密敏感数据)的方法，否则每当服务器或应用程序池重新启动时，都会生成新的 key 并且旧的加密数据(包括身份验证 cookie)将不会以他们必须的方式解密，这会导致身份验证失败。如果您要部署到像我这样的共享主机，这是必要的。
如果您之前使用过 .Net Framework 中的 ASP.Net，则此数据保护概念在某种程度上等同于 MachineKey .
