RTP: missed <N> packets
LIVE555 Media Server使用 RTP超过 UDP默认情况下，除非 RTSP 客户端需要 TCP溪流。
UDP被认为是不可靠的协议(protocol)，因为无法保证交付，数据包可以以不同的顺序到达目的地和/或重复。

如果底层网络连接不可靠，您可能会遇到很多数据包丢失，就像您的情况一样，并且流将播放很多错误。
