似乎找不到 openjpeg.h 并在文件夹 openjpeg-2.0 中搜索到 openjpeg-2.3。但是，当我检查/mxe/usr/i686-w64-mingw32.static/include/时，它包含 openjpeg-2.4。

gdal 正在安装 2.4，这是一个问题。运行这个 make 命令 make gdal_CONFIGURE_OPTS=--with-openjpeg=no ...将其关闭。
