真正的问题不在于您使用的设置。这是您的 FFmpeg 配置:

这是应用程序二进制接口(interface)。您构建的源代码显然与编码时使用的实际库不同。

看来您有多个版本的 libvpx安装。删除所有这些，但最新的除外，然后尝试重新编译 FFmpeg。或下载静态版本 from the download page ，其中包括 libvpx已经给你了。
