关于在 cmd shell 中创建文本文件:
echo web: run this thing >Procfile
这将创建 Procfile与 web: run this thing里面(显然)。

您也可以使用任何文本编辑器，notepad将完美契合。

还有一件事，这对我来说并不明显，因此对其他人也有帮助。Procfile should be a text file有点误导，不要保存Procfile如 Procfile.txt否则不会被识别。让它简单明了Procfile没有任何文件格式。
