python-3.x - 无法安装任何 python 包 pip SSLError

我最近更改了我的环境路径以安装 vpckg - 这失败了，所以我将路径更改回以前的路径，请参阅带有系统路径的附图。我不知道这是否产生了我目前遇到的问题，但我添加了系统路径以防万一。

但是现在当我尝试运行任何东西时，它告诉我必须重新安装 Numpy。当我尝试这样做时，我收到以下错误:

pip install --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org numpy
但我得到了同样的错误。

在 Windows 10 上使用 Python 3.7。

重新安装 Miniconda 就可以了。
