如果您以共享模式托管 Windows Azure 网站，尽管您付费，但仍存在一定的配额，因为在后台您基本上是与托管在同一虚拟机上的其他网站共享资源.

如果您使用标准模式进行托管，则您不再有配额，并且不会遇到此问题。作为额外的好处，您现在可以设置自动缩放以在负载下自动扩展您的网站。
