I was originally targeting my app to run on iOS 9.0 or later (Xcode 8.0), and I have learned through simulator testing, that I could run the app on iOS 10.1. Actually the app failed using iOS 9.2, but worked on iOS 9.3. So I just changed my target to run on iOS 9.3 (Xcode 8.1) as said by @Sysx
