这是 Crypt::RIPEMD160 中的一个错误，在 64 位系统上无法正常工作，详见 RT#53323和 RT#19138 .您可以安装从 RT#19138 链接的 distroprefs 文件，然后使用 CPAN 重新安装 Crypt::RIPEMD160，并且 Crypt::OpenPGP 应该可以正常安装和工作。
