检查您是否拥有正确的 PHP 头文件 - 路径中的 20200930 看起来很可疑。即使在 Ubuntu 20.20 上，默认的 PHP 7.4 也会将 header 安装到 /usr/include/php/20190902那么为什么 /usr/include/php/20200930 中有 7.3 的标题？ ?
如果这不是问题，请检查您的编译器是否太旧？尝试 'phpize' 安装(参见 here )并添加编译选项以查看宏扩展为什么。尝试从与您的版本匹配的 PHP 源包中获取 OCI8 目录(并使用 phpize 方法进行安装)。问题不会是即时客户端。
最后，为什么不升级 Ubuntu 和/或 PHP？
