我解决了我的问题如下
首先删除/etc/supervisor/conf.d中的所有配置并使用命令 sudo service supervisor restart 重新启动主管.
更新主管进程组 1. 将配置文件移动到 /etc/supervisor/conf.d/目录，2.运行命令sudo supervisorctl reread它将检查语法并将进程添加到主管组。

其他方法是卸载并重新安装主管。
