我尝试让应用程序显示在 127.0.0.1:5000 和 0.0.0.0:5000

但是当我尝试在我的 Windows 浏览器上加载时都无法解决。

您可以将端口 5000 从 guest 操作系统 (Ubuntu) 转发到主机。在主机端，您可以使用相同的端口号(如果它没有被其他人占用，当然)
