你不说，但我怀疑你在运行程序时没有任何命令行参数。帮助( fastqc -h )说:

If no files to process are specified on the command line then the programwill start as an interactive graphical application. If files are providedon the command line then the program will run with no user interactionrequired. In this mode it is suitable for inclusion into a standardisedanalysis pipeline.

如果您想在非交互模式下运行它(这是我一直使用它的方式)，只需在命令行中包含您的 FASTQ 文件的名称。
