libssl 包的位置不正确。

访问 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openssl1.0/站点，然后下载其中一个 libssl 文件。在我访问的那一刻，有一个 libssl1.0.0_1.0.2n-1ubuntu5.3_amd64.deb 文件，我已经下载了。

之后:

sudo dpkg -i libssl1.0.0_1.0.2n-1ubuntu5.3_amd64.deb
wget https://download.cdn.viber.com/cdn/desktop/Linux/viber.deb
sudo dpkg -i viber.deb

如果有一些依赖要求，也运行:

apt-get install -f

它会起作用:)
