当 spring 尝试返回错误消息时，它使用请求“接受” header 的媒体类型来找出如何格式化响应。Spring 解析失败的“接受” header ，因为该值的格式无效并且抛出另一个异常，这就是您所看到的。
解决方案您可以使用 Controller 类或方法上的 @Request 映射来限制 API 接受的媒体类型，例如:
