在我的例子中，index.lock 不会删除。相反，我发现我的一个 django 文件夹缺少 .gitignore，所以我创建了一个并包含了以下文件:

include
lib
include
bin
.vscode

您可能想要包含更多或更少，具体取决于...显然，我试图推送一个与 git 不一致的文件。
