end_time =  (datetime.strptime('2021-02-19 00:00:00', '%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S')- datetime(1970,1,1)).total_seconds()

您正在计算从 1970 年 1 月 1 日到现在的秒数，根据 Docs ,该值为自1970-01-01 08:00:00以来的总毫秒数。
