PullToRefresh/build.gradle适用于 gradle-mvn-push.gradle插件，但在您的项目中您不需要/不想要它。如果您注释掉该行:

apply from: 'https://raw.github.com/chrisbanes/gradle-mvn-push/master/gradle-mvn-push.gradle'

您的项目应该成功构建。
