您的应用程序不是独立类型的，或者您不是通过 Implicit Flow 收到访问 token 的方案。

注:您应该设置参数 redirect_uri=https://oauth.vk.com/blank.html无限制地获取访问 token 。在其他方面，访问 token 将仅限于调用仅适用于独立应用程序的方法。
