尝试使用一个简单的 Web 服务 Hello World 示例时 @Endpoint注解类，使用 <sws:annotation-driven/> 时未注册端点命名空间。

但是，通过添加通常的 <context:component-scan> ，一切正常，端点类已正确注册。
这仅适用于 @Endpoint注释，所有其他注释( @RequestPayload 、 @ResponsePayload 、 @PayloadRoot )将按预期由 sws-namespace 注册。

应@Endpoint此命名空间也不会处理注释？
