我刚安装 rabbitmq-server v3.7.6 并且如果您正在运行基于 debian 的发行版，请确保您已固定您的 esl-erlang和 erlang*打包到 20.3.x ( see here for more detail )。另外，请确保 /var/lib/rabbitmq目录属于 rabbitmq用户和组。如果没有，请使用 chown -R rabbitmq:rabbitmq /var/lib/rabbitmq要解决这个问题。
