错误消息可能有点令人困惑，因为 RStudio 要求您为 Linux 操作系统安装 libcurl 和 openssl 库；对于那些你实际上需要 Ubuntu 包而不是 R 包的人。

打开命令行终端，输入

sudo apt-get install libcurl4-openssl-dev libssl-dev 

Ubuntu 软件包安装完成后，再试一次，您将能够安装 devtools R 软件包
