问题是，我们的普通帐户没有管理员权限，我们必须使用其他管理员用户的凭据才能在管理员模式下运行它。如果我使用该管理员用户登录并启动一切，该用户也无法加载 azure 模拟器。每个共同开发者都有同样的问题。但是当普通帐户重新获得管理员权限时，模拟器可以正常启动。所以我认为这些管理员帐户缺少一些东西(我不知道)
