我不确定如何解决这个问题，但如果你需要发布一个版本，你可以手动获取 apk 并将其上传到 google play 控制台。

存档管理器 > 单击所需的 apk > 单击打开文件夹 > 从“已签名的 apk”文件夹中获取 apk 文件

然后，您可以转到 google play 控制台并创建一个版本并手动上传 apk 文件以及您新创建的版本。
