列出的一个建议是使用 docker 卷，初始化已挂载的卷的内容，关闭容器镜像，运行递归所有权更改，然后正常重启容器。

$ docker volume create pgdata
$ docker run -it --rm -v pgdata:/var/lib/postgresql/data -e POSTGRES_PASSWORD=mysecretpassword postgres
The files belonging to this database system will be owned by user "postgres".
