macos - 重启 mosquitto 代理

$ launchctl load /usr/local/Cellar/mosquitto/1.4.2/homebrew.mxcl.mosquitto.plist

$ launchctl unload /usr/local/Cellar/mosquitto/1.4.2/homebrew.mxcl.mosquitto.plist

$ launchctl start homebrew.mxcl.mosquitto
