macos - 不支持沙丘的错误 : Version 1. 11

已在评论中解决，但万一其他人偶然发现此问题，dune已安装 opam但已过时，因此修复很简单 opam update && opam upgrade .

如 dune以其他方式安装，强烈建议您卸载该实例并使用 `opam' 安装它。
