python-3.x - 不可能安装扭曲的(以获得scrapy)

Question

标题中的所有内容我都在尝试安装scrapy，但在安装twis​​ted 时出现此错误。我不知道如何解决这个问题。
我试图卸载 Python，但我没能做到(我认为)。所以我下载了 Python 3.8 并重新安装/覆盖了它。安装了 pip 但同样的错误。
