我的安装过程:

第一名: pip install tensorflow==1.13.1 --ignore-installed
第二名: pip install tensorflow-gpu==1.15
我的 Cuda 版本是 10.0而 cudnn 是 v7.6.5
为什么 numpy 向我抛出所有这些错误？

我必须在 GPU 上使用 Tensorflow 1.31.1，因为我正在做的项目不支持 Tensorflow 2.x :(

我解决了!

做 pip uninstall numpy
然后做pip install numpy==1.16.4
旧版本的 Tensorflow 不支持新版本的 Numpy。
