这个原因是BackgroundColor SelectedItem 的大小将影响微调器 DropDownView 的样式。如果您没有为项目设置选择的颜色，您将不会看到这种现象。

如果需要设置BackgroundColor对于 SelectedItem，有一种方法可以降低对 DropDownView 的影响。但这不是解决方法，因为它不能完全解决这种现象。
