youtube-data-api - YouTube 数据 API 返回 "Access Not Configured"错误，尽管它已启用

当我在开发者控制台中检查 YouTube API 时，它显示启用状态，并且与此 API 兼容的凭据包括用于对客户端进行身份验证的 ID。当我重试 API 调用尝试时，我可以看到凭证使用增量的统计信息，这些指标反射(reflect)了请求的数量，并且还显示错误率为 100%。但是控制台中没有关于这些失败尝试的额外信息来帮助调试问题。

我已经删除并重新创建了 API key 和 OAuth key ，但这并没有改变任何东西。

如果在开发者控制台端有关于这些错误的任何额外信息，例如超出客户端报价，我可以看到如何解决这个问题。现在我完全被困住了。

奇怪的是，创建一个新项目只会让 API 正常工作!
