1. 最后，我将application.properties文件添加到了“package”模块的resources文件夹中，添加了需要的配置。

问题中描述的结构看起来很合理。不过，我建议进行以下改进:

• 无需重复maven.compiler.source和 maven.compiler.target子模块中的属性，它们继承自 <parent> ;
• 无需运行quarkus-maven-plugin在所有模块中，将其移至 package模块；
• 同样适用于配置文件 native .

保留 jandex-maven-plugin为所有模块配置，如 Quarkus - Working with multi-module projects 中所述.
