windows-services - Installutil不会卸载: “The specified service does not exist as an installed service”

This exception will be ignored and the uninstall will continue. However, the application might not be fully uninstalled after the uninstall is complete.

尝试卸载时，该服务已停止。它肯定已注册为服务。我已经重新启动，并且在“服务”小程序(services.msc)中仍然可见。它也可以从“服务”小程序成功启动和停止，因此看起来好像没有成功安装(或仅部分安装)。
