Cloud Foundry 最近添加了对基于 Ubuntu 14.04 的新堆栈 cflinuxfs2 的支持。 IBM Bluemix 仍然支持旧的 lucid64 构建堆栈，如果未在命令行中指定堆栈，则默认情况下会选择它。

查看 "Static Buildpack" manifest ，不支持旧堆栈。

cf_stacks:    - cflinuxfs2

您可以在部署期间使用“-s”命令行参数显式设置应用程序堆栈。

    cf push -b https://github.com/cloudfoundry/staticfile-buildpack.git -s cflinuxfs2

使用“cflinuxfs2”将解决此问题。
