pdf-generation - Doxygen 索引中缺少页码生成 PDF

当我生成带有 Doxygen 额外索引的 PDF 文档时，会生成“模块索引”、“数据结构索引”和“文件索引”章节。不幸的是，该索引中的页码未正确生成，因此“？？”显示而不是页码，类似如下:
