$ npm cache clean --force

第2步:
通过 node_modules 删除 $ rm -rf node_modules 也删除 package-lock.json第 3 步:
更新 npm 到最新的稳定版本

npm install -g npm@7.6.0

第 3 步:

npm install

重新开始，

$ npm start
