谢谢大家，但我找到了这个问题的答案。使用旧版本的 bouncy caSTLe jar，在升级 jar bcprov-jdk15on-1.58.jar 后，“签名算法上的算法约束检查失败:SHA256WithRSAEncryption”错误不再发生。
