该行为由 config_inc.php 中的 $g_preview_attachments_inline_max_size 变量控制

根据Mantis manual :

This feature applies to bmp, jpg, gif,and png files that are attached tobugs. If the file size is smaller thanthe specified values, the actual imageis also previewed with the bugs [...]

虽然手册上说默认值为 0(禁用功能)，但在 Mantis 1.2.0 中它是 256KBytes:
