Azure 服务总线 1.1 无法启动

Question

服务总线网关未启动。

首先，我尝试完全卸载所有 Azure/Fabric/Service Bus 类型的 SDK 和安装。我已从头开始安装了 Windows Azure Pack:服务总线 1.1 和 Windows Azure Pack:服务总线安全更新 1.1 (KB2972621)。

删除所有与服务总线相关的数据库后，我启动服务总线配置向导并开始使用自定义设置启动一个新场。

除了添加我自己的证书，当然还有输入我的密码之外，我将所有内容保留为默认值。

单击“转到”后，服务总线配置向导最终陷入进行中:
